* rust-oleum offers three levels of nationally voc-compliant high heat coatings. these performance levels are based on surface exposure. general purpose high heat coatings are designed for surfaces exposed to temperatures up to 400°f. heavy duty high heat coatings are designed for surfaces exposed to temperatures up to 800°f. high performance high heat coatings offer the highest level of performance for surfaces exposed to temperatures up to 1200°f. each level of protection is offered in black or aluminum.
